LUDMILLA FOGLI SCARLATO
Founded by Lawyer and Internationalist, Ludmilla Fogli Scarlato, the Office is headquartered in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil and is specialized in international law and business law, with a particular focus on the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
INTERNATIONAL LAW
In the ambit of International Law, the Office has a holistic view of Law. In this sense, it persuits to advise its clients, whether individuals or legal entities, as well as other lawyers, in the interpretation, research and search of foreign law applicable to the specific case, notably in the matters of immigration / emigration, internationalization of companies and international legal cooperation.
CORPORATE LAW
Concerning Corporate Law, provides innovative legal solutions to minimize the problems and risks that generate business activities, especially small and medium entrepreneurs, New Business, Startups, Investors, among other business environments.
INTEGRATION
The Office seeks to be integrated into the dynamism of the transnational world, in line with new practices and new technologies.
To this end, it seeks to serve its clients in alternative formats and flexible hours, in particular with the collaboration and partnership of professionals from other areas of law, as well as a network of professionals from different specialties, in order to serve its clients with higher quality, in the expectation of the best results.

Adoption; Divorce; Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Brazil.
Legal counsel regarding import and export business.
- Legal advice and due diligence in Internationalization processes: interpretation of laws, political / legal structures unique to the country under study, taxes, stamps required, trade agreements in force, tax incentives and certificates required to implement the intended business abroad.
- Legal advice and consultancy for company openings in Brazil (M&A), Limited Company, Holdings, Joint Venture, among other models.
